Justin Moffitt was born and raised in Plymouth, Minnesota. After Graduating from Iowa State University, he jumped straight into construction project management. When not at work you can catch him on the golf course or at the rink playing hockey.

After graduating from Johnston High School, Chad Orr got into Ironworking. Chad worked in the field for nine years before coming to the office and becoming a project manager. When off the clock he spends time with his two sons and enjoys all things racing, specifically dirt bikes.

Pat McVay has been helping all team since day one. He has been with the Ironworkers for 35+ years. In his free time, he enjoys anything to do with motorcycles, camping, hanging out with his family, especially with his grandkids.

Brad Churchill, alongside Craig Breitbach, co-founded US Erectors, Inc. in 2004, which has since become a nationally recognized company known for its client- centric approach. Beyond the office, Brad enjoys scuba diving, skiing, and unwinding by the water, while also actively participating in local and national associations. Brad continues to shape the industry landscape with his leadership and passion.
Sam Marshall joined the Ironworkers right out of High School. After graduating from his apprenticeship, he spent nine years in the field before transitioning to project management. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his son and bird hunting with his two dogs.

Tyler attended Kansas State University, studying Construction Science and Management. Upon graduation he began working in project management for a nationwide general contractor. In 2023 Tyler moved to Des Moines with his wife and two dogs and began working for US Erectors. Away from work Tyler enjoys skiing, traveling, spending time at the lake, and bird hunting.

Scott Gifford has 20+ years of experience in OSHA safety under his belt. In his free time, he enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with his grandkids.
Jessica Hamilton went to Grandview and graduated with a bachelor’s in education. She eventually made her way into administrative duties. When she isn’t managing the office, she is planning her next cruise or hanging out with her grandchildren.
